‘Personal development for professionals - Activating your natural human superpowers! ’

In 21st century New Zealand, we are much more aware of the value of engaging in our own personal development to enhance our career opportunities and improve our day to day quality of life.  Job related skills are not enough anymore as businesses recognise the need for more emotional intelligence, resourcefulness and resilience, confidence and competence, self belief and optimistic attitudes in the workplace.  Those who have these qualities are becoming more and more sought after as great team players and effective leaders. The good news is, we can all grow these qualities within ourselves - its our choice.

Are you aware that all Humans have ‘superpowers‘ often concealed from us by early life conditioning?  By learning what these superpowers are and how to activate them, we can intentionally grow our resourcefulness, fulfillment and joy as we express our natural potential in life and roll with the challenges life throws up at us.

In this presentation Amanda Fleming will outline her perspective on some of the key human ‘superpowers’, how to use them, and what the consequences might be.  Amanda believes in the inherent brilliance in every individual and our positive species potential.  This is the time to tune into your highest aspirations and boldly demonstrate real leadership in your world – to release the potential of your human superpowers.
